5. Painting or drawing 

Art has always been known to soothe the soul. It is a form of expression that can be used to communicate without words. Painting or drawing can be a form of self-care, allowing you to focus on the present moment and release your stressors onto the paper. The act of creating can be therapeutic, providing a sense of calm and distraction from your anxious thoughts.   - Use your diary as a way to express yourself freely.

 - Keep your entries positive and upbeat. This is a space for you to focus on the good. 

The most important thing is that writing in a diary feels good for you.

7. Do something creative 

 There are things that you can do to help ease your anxiety and make it more manageable. One of those things is to be creative. Here are some creative ways to help reduce your anxiety: 

1. Take up a new hobby: Trying something new can help take your mind off of whatever is causing your anxiety. It can also help you to meet new people and learn new skills. Sdo things you like. 

2. Have a movie night: Pop some popcorn, curl up on the couch, and watch your favorite movie. It’s a great way to relax and escape from whatever is causing your anxiety.

3. Make a scrapbook: Scrap booking can be a fun and therapeutic way to express yourself. You can make a scrapbook about anything that interests you, whether it’s a Vacation, a hobby, or your favorite TV show. 

4. Play tourist in your own town: If you’re feeling anxious, going out and exploring your town can be a great way to distract yourself. Visit some of the local attractions that you’ve been meaning to check out but haven’t had the chance to. 

5. Cook or bake: There’s something about the process of cooking or baking that can be very relaxing. And, of course, you get to enjoy the delicious results afterwards.

8. Be with person you like 

It is impossible to overestimate the importance of human relationships for our mental and emotional health. Being with people we like – whether it’s family, friends, or a romantic partner – is one of the most effective ways to reduce anxiety. When we feel safe and supported by those around us, we naturally feel more relaxed and our anxiety fades into the background. If you don’t have close relationships, there are plenty of ways to meet new people and build friendships. There are also many online communities of people with anxiety who can provide support and understanding.  Research has shown that physical affection – such as hugging, cuddling, or even just holding hands – can help to lower anxiety levels. So if you’re feeling anxious, make sure to reach out to the people you care about. Spend time with them, talk about your anxiety, and let them provide the support and comfort you need.

9.  Healthy diet 










A healthy diet is an important part of reducing anxiety. There are a few things to keep in mind when choosing what to eat. First, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. These are packed with nutrients that can help reduce anxiety and promote overall health.  Second, eat healthy fats. These help to reduce inflammation and can also help to improve mood. Third, eat whole grains. These provide the body with energy and help to reduce anxiety. Forth, Protein is an important nutrient for reducing anxiety. It helps to promote a feeling of fullness and can also help to stable blood sugar levels, which can prevent spikes in energy and mood that can contribute to anxiety. Good sources of protein include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, tofu, and eggs. Finally, limit processed foods and sugary drinks. These can trigger anxiety and can also cause weight gain. Limit intake of Caffeine and alcohol which  can  increase anxiety levels.
